How can a person in our changeable, defocused, and filled with information noise world preserve oneself or resist oneself? How not succumb to the chaos of ideas, images and not waste the inner values? Is it possible to discern one's uniqueness behind the plurality of "I" of another person? How to preserve the integral essence of the personality in the flow of everyday life, where there is so much meaningless, empty content that we are not even able to decode?

Duality may make us judge efficiently; that being said, the spectrum of the complexity of our society is not only grayscaled of the darkest to the brightest. If we are able to communicate with our consciousness beyond our physical senesces, we might find a deeper vibration of matter to higher intelligence.

Those who are asleep, immersed in the awareness of one's bodily identification, who has never attained the world beyond one's sense of perception. This state is typical for many people who limit their living space to the usual comfort zone or are just purely trapped. We consume a lot, forget about creation. We concentrate on our physical body, not paying due attention to spiritual development. How can a person break out of the material bodily and allow the energy of the soul to manifest?

'…. those who are liberated from the bodily concept of life are awake in the conscious world and are always in balance, even in the face of opposing and contradictory situations in the material world. They are undisturbed' — Bhagavad Gita.
